Social Work Resources: Summer and Day Camps in Davenport

YMCA CAMPS

1. DHS-licensed programs at North, West, Bittner, Bettendorf, North Scott
   1. Accept DHS/Child Care Assistance
   2. Program runs every week of summer
   3. Includes breakfast, lunch and snack
   4. Families can also receive YMCA Assistance
      1. We scholarship the same amount of assistance for family's YMCA membership.
      2. Most families we work with qualify for 69% off membership
      3. Program assistance (summer camp, swim lessons, soccer) receive up to 50% off
2. Day Camp at Camp Abe Lincoln
   1. Bus Service provided from Bittner and Bettendorf YMCAs
   2. Full scholarships/assistance is available through YMCA Outreach
      1. We connect with family
      2. We have students answer a couple simple questions
      3. There is a $25 fee for registration (if absolutely necessary, we can cover this. But we want families to have some buy-in)
3. Summer At Fairmount Pines
   1. We will be on-site M-F
   2. Lunch and other food provided
   3. Working on field trips, guest programs, etc...
