Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Omnibus Volume Two continues on with the stories started in volume one to talk more about thecharacters and their lives. This volume begins by introducing Buffy and her various family problems. The separation of her parents prompts evil forces to descend upon the family and tests Buffy’s ability to rise above and fight. Angelus, Giles, Spike, and several other key players all are present within different chapters of this book as Buffy, her sister, and her mother move and adjust to their new life in Sunnydale, California.

Visual and textual style: cinematic, dark, gory, bloody, raw, expository text, cover is sketched while inside looks computer animated, multiple different drawing mediums for the various different sections of the book(ie. outside cover, inside covers, different story lines), characters are drawn to look like characters from the tv show Buffy
